Pick Internet (a small webhosting company)—duties include network and Unix system administration, plus development. They provided the funding necessary for me to develop X-Grey, an anti-spam measure written in C. They also had me develop a sendmail wrapper for PHP to help with anti-spam measures. They also had me develop a Perl wrapper, allowing one to log various aspects of Perl scripts to help track down hacked websites (not released as open source).

Gladesoft (an embedded systems software company)—duties include writing code for their flagship product Seminole (an embedded webserver), demonstration code for Seminole, as well as technical documentation.

Inovasys (a small webhosting company)—primary responsibilities included the building, installation and mantenance of servers responsible for over 1,100 websites. I also dealt with security and cleanup on hacked sites, and reponse to several denial of service attacks.

Benchmark Alert (a financial securities consulting firm)—I was responsible for writing software to download public domain information on brokerage firms.

Verio (large webhosting company)—primary responsibility was to monitor the monitoring software for problems in the network and web hosting servers, as well as trouble shooting server wide and group wide (servers are based upon groups) issues and either fixing the issues, if possible, or escalate to appropriate department for handling.

Armigeron Information Service, Inc. (a small webhosting company)—duties included network and system administration, with software development. During this time, I wrote three metasearch engines (one in Java, two in C). I also expanded sendmail to support virtual email domains (back when sendmail didn't have such support out of the box), and wrote plenty of CGI scripts at the time.

Math Department at Florida Atlantic University—I worked for Dr. Arnold Mandell and Dr. Karen Selz, writing mathematical simulations (x86 Assembly and C) and computerized pyschological experiements, as well as maintaining their computers.
