PHP/Sendmail Wrapper

Introduction
Some spammer was abusing some PHP script on our server at The Company. As we host scores of sites on the server, it was difficult to track down which script was being abused. So I wrote this quick wrapper program over sendmail for PHP. It logs enough information (I hope) to be able to track down the script being abused.
